Sheera

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup suji
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • Dry fruits -cardamon,almonds cashewnuts, etc according to need.
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat the ghee and roast the suji in the ghee till light brown and nice aroma on a very sim/low heat.
  • Put the water and salt till it absorbs.
  • Now add the sugar and stir gently.
  • Close the lid and let it cook for couple of minutes.
  • Fry the dry fruits in 1 -2 tsp ghee and garnish over the sheera and there you have the most favourite sweet dish.
