Ingredients
- 1 cup suji
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Dry fruits -cardamon,almonds cashewnuts, etc according to need.
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat the ghee and roast the suji in the ghee till light brown and nice aroma on a very sim/low heat.
- Put the water and salt till it absorbs.
- Now add the sugar and stir gently.
- Close the lid and let it cook for couple of minutes.
- Fry the dry fruits in 1 -2 tsp ghee and garnish over the sheera and there you have the most favourite sweet dish.
