Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

250gms Pumpkin
1 medium onion
8-10 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp saunf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 250 degree celsius and put on the grill option.
2. Roast the pumpkin, onion and garlic for about 30 minutes. Remove the garlic cloves in 10 minutes.
3.Cool it and then grind it in the mixer adding about 2 cups of water or vegetable stock.
4.Heat the oil and season it with aniseed/ saunf and cumin seeds.
5. Now add the pumpkin stock.
6. Add salt and pepper and boil.
7. Simmer for about 5-10 min.
