Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 3 tbsp fried split gram daal
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 onion chopped
- salt to taste
- oil to make
Method
- Grind together grated coconut, split gram dal ad red chilli powder with very less water.
- Mix the egg yolks, the egg, salt and the onions with it.
- Either in a Apam pam or a small non stick pan, put a tsp of oil and heat.
- Put about 2 tbsp of the prepared batter and cook from both sides.
- Serve with rice and dal/sambar
