Egg Adai

 Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp fried split gram daal
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil to make

Method

  1.  Grind together grated coconut, split gram dal ad red chilli powder with very less water.
  2. Mix the egg yolks, the egg, salt  and the onions with it.
  3. Either in a Apam pam or a small non stick pan, put a tsp of oil and heat.
  4. Put about 2 tbsp of the prepared batter and cook from both sides.
  5. Serve with rice and dal/sambar
