Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp oregano or ajwain
1 bay leaf
Method
1.Grind all of them in a mixer and refrigerate.
2.Just before serving, add to the chopped and chilled salad.
3.Then add salt, pepper if needed.
Salad can include red/yellow/green capsicum, cucumber, carrot, tomato, red cabbage, corn kernels, zucchini, etc.
