Ingredients
2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp pomegranate seeds
2 tsp saunf/ani seed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 inch ginger
1 small green chilly
5-6 small karela
Method
1.Grind all the ingredients except karela and oil.
2.Now heat oil and pour over the ground masala, mix well and keep aside.
3.Now slit the karela into half and then stuff it in the karela.
4.Now pressure cook it in extremely low flame for about 2 whistles. Take off the pressure and stir in between and pressure cook it again.
5.Serve hot.
