Ingredients
500 gms paneer
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup hung curd
1 tsp garam masala (MTR)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
1 capsicum chopped in cubes
1 onion chopped in cubes
1/4 tsp red colour(optional)
Method
1.Cut the paneer in 1-1/2 inch square shape (or any shape of your choice)
2.Add rest of the ingredients and marinate it for atleast 2 hours.
3.Then grill it in the oven or on the skillet till they are golden brown. Keep aside.
4.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and capsicum fry for some minutes till translucent.
5. Now add the marinated paneer. Fry for 2 minutes and serve hot with mint chutney.
