Mini Bhakarwadi

Covering

2 cup maida
100ml water
1 tsp salt
3 tsp dalda

Masala
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/2 tsp oil
1 tbsp chopped green chiily
1/2 tsp grated ginger

450 gms potato
1/2 tsp mtr garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp amchur powder

Method

1.Heat dalda to a smoking hot temperature and pour in the well made of maida. Add the salt and water and knead a tight dough.
2.For inside filling: Pressure cook or boil the potatoes and mash them.
3.Mix in it all the rest of the ingredients mentioned above for the masala.
4.Roll out 2 rotis, fill the filling in between two rotis. Roll it and then cut round pieces.
5.Now deep fry them and serve hot with mint chutney.
