Kadhai-Achari paneer

Ingredients

1 capsicum
1 onion
1 tomato
200 gms paneer
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1/2 tsp saunf
1 tbsp ginger-garlic-chilly paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala

Method

1.Chop the onion, tomato and capsicum into large pieces.
2.Heat oil a kadhai and then season it with onion seeds and saunf.
3.Now saute the onion till translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
4.Now put the capsicum and tomatoes and toss it to coat the masala around it nicely.
5.Next add the paneer and all the spices and salt.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
