Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

500 gms potatoes
3-4 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

1.Wash, boil and peel the baby potatoes.
2.In a large bowl, coat the baby potatoes with cornflour and salt.
3.Deep fry them in the oil till they are golden brown and crispy.
4.Heat a skillet and toss the fried potatoes with the sweet chilli sauce.
5.Serve hot.
