Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken bones
3-4 cloves
1 tsp saunf/aniseed
4 green cardamon
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 inch ginger
7-8 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp pepper seeds
coriander leaves
Method
Boil the bones in 1/2 litre water along with all the ingredients and then pressure cook till one whistle.
Strain and serve hot. You can put 2-3 drops of flax seed oil to make it more healthy!
