Ingredients
5 Fillets of fish (deep fry them in mustard oil)
2 tomatoes (made into coarse paste)
1 green chilly
Panchphoran- 1 tsp each of saunf, kalonji seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp kasundi paste
2 tsp mustard oil
6-7 garlic cloves
Method
1.Heat oil in a kadhai and season it with bay leaf and panchphoran masala.
2.Add the crushed garlic cloves and green chillies.
3.Then add the kasundi paste and fry for 1 minute.
4.Now add the coarse tomato paste and let it cook till oil separates.
5.Now add the fish fillets fried initially in the mustard oil.
6.Put in the salt and water as required and close the lid and let it cook.
