Such a simple dish but soooo tasty!
Ingredients
250 gms Baby potatoes
1/2 bunch mint/pudina leaves
1/4 tsp amchur powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
pinch of hing
1 tbsp oil
Method
1.Pressure cook the baby potatoes and peel them.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add haldi, red chilli powder and fry for about 30 secs.
3.Put in the peeled baby potatoes or regular chopped potatoes and fry nicely till golden brown.
4.Now add amchur powder and pudina leaves and fry for about a minute or two.
5.Serve hot.
