Ingredients:
2 Potatao
2 Capsicum
1 onion
2 chopped green chillies
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp hing
7-8 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan. Season it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, hing, garlic cloves, chopped onions and garam masala.
2.Fry till the onions are translucent.
3.Add the chopped potatoes and largely chopped capsicum.
4.Add the salt and serve it hot.
