This is really simple to make but equally delicious!!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg mutton preferably boneless
- 2 small size Onions
- 2 big Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 3 red chillies
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp fennel seeds (souf)
- 1 tbsp roasted dalia dal
- 4 cloves
- 2 elachies
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tspturmeric powder
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste

Directions
- Cut mutton into medium pieces. Wash it. Take it in a pressure cooker.
- Blend onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves coarsely in a blender. Add with mutton.
- Grind red chillies, jeera, pepper, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, elachi, dal finely. Add with mutton.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, yoghurt and 1 tbsp oil. Pour 1 cup water. Close the lid. Put weight.
- After 4 whistles, turn off the flame.
- After pressure released, open the lid and pour the remaining oil. Cook untill the gravy become thick.
- Serve it with roties, parathas, etc.
