1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder (soonth)
salt to taste
For sweetened taste:
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
few saffron strands
Method
1. Peel the raw mangoes.
2. Pressure cook raw mangoes without water.
3.Mash the mangoes to get the pulp.
4.Add sugar to the pulp.
5. Heat the pulp and sugar in a pan till sugar dissolves.
6.Add the sugar, cumin seed powder, black salt, ginger powder and salt and mix well.

When you wish to serve, put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a glass and top up with chilled water.
