This is a favourite of my children!
Ingredients
2 tsp Tandoori Everest Masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp nestle curd
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp cardamon powder
1/4 tsp red colour
1/4 tsp red chilly powder (if need more spicy)
1 Onion sliced
Chaat masala
6 Chicken Drumstick Pieces
1 tbsp butter
Method
1.Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients for at least couple of hours.
2.Preheat the oven at 250 degree celsius.
3.Apply little butter on each pieces and bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then turn over and then grill for about 15 minutes.
4.Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala.
5.Serve hot with sliced onions.
