Rajma

Ingredients

1 cup Kashmiri rajma
1 small onion
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:

1.Soak the rajma for about 6-8 hrs.
2.Pressure cook the rajma till nice and soft.
3.Make a fine paste of onion, ginger-garlic-chilli paste and tomatoes.
4.Now heat the oil and fry the above fine paste till the paste thickens and oil separates.
5.Add the cooked rajma, salt and red chilli powder.
6. Pressure cook again if needed.
7.Before serving, season it with ghee tempered with 1/2 tsp cumin seeds for a nice aroma and tase.
