Ingredients
1/2 kg Mutton Soup Bones
1 green chilly
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
1 bay leaf
2 small tomatoes
4-5 tsp cornflour
1 tsp sugar
pinch of ajinomoto
1/2 tsp pepper powder
coriander leaves
1 tbsp butter
Method
Pressure cook the bones with water, salt, green cilly, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, onions and tomatoes.
when the pressure has cooled down, mix corn flour and water and mix it in the soup. Now add the sugar, ajinomoto, pepper, coriander leaves for 2 minutes. serve hot with a dash of butter.
