Idli sambar

Ingredients

2and 1/2 cup Idli Rice (boiled rice)
1/2 cup raw rice
1 tsp methi seeds
1 cup urad dal
salt to taste

Method

1.Soak separately boiled rice for 5-6 hours and urad dal for 1/2 to 1 hour hour.
2.Grind urad dal and then boiled rice in a grinder separately.
3. Mix them together and add salt to it. Keep it over night.
4. Then on next day, apply oil on each of the slots in the "Idli Mould Container".
5.Pour the dough in each of them and put it in the cooker for 10-15 minutes(do not put the pressure knob).
6.Serve the Idlis hot with "Sambar", " coconut chutney" or "ground chilli powder".
