Ingredients
4 cup boiled and salted sweet corn ernels
1 cup sprouted mung
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup onion finely chopped
1 cup coriander leaves chopped
few bhelpuris
nylon sev
black salt and regular salt accrding to taste
lime or grated raw mango
Method
Mix all the ingredients just before serving and tamarind-date chutney. Yummmy but healthy bhel ready!!
